Coco Peat Blocks are commonly used in bulk to make potting soil or for the soil-less growing of fruits and vegetables such as bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and strawberries. These blocks are designed specifically for commercial cultivation.

These coco peat blocks (bales) range in weight from 4.5 to 5.5 kg; a single 5 kg coco peat block can gently reconstitute to provide 60 to 75 liters when hydrated with around 25 liters of water. When soaked in water, a compressed 4.5kg block of cocoa chips expands up to six times its original size.
We have established our infrastructure at "Lush Greenery Lanka" to properly dry and filter coco peat before compressing it into 5 kg blocks in 30 x 30cm molds. We have a variety of compressing machines to meet the needs of our customers. For example, our horizontal compression machines make Coco Peat 5-kg blocks that can be used in agriculture fields, potting soil industries, greenhouses, pet beds, and so on. However, if you want to sell Coco Peat 5 kg blocks in Home & Garden stores or supermarkets, we will utilize our vertical compression machines because the shape, weight, and other criteria are fine and identical.
